This private residence is being developed in beautiful Camps Bay, Cape Town, South Africa.

It was commissioned by a local investor and will serve as his primary residence. It can be considered a bachelor's pad. The home will be an open-plan space with virtually no division between the exterior and interior living areas. This effect will be achieved through the use of glass walls that can open completely: walls that slide into other walls, completely concealed. Minimal in its design approach and maximal in its lifestyle approach, the residence will feature natural materials offset against high-tech details. The owners' instructions were simple: 'Build me my dream home. One that will last me a lifetime.' This design is exactly that: a home for the future, firmly grounded in the past, one that will stand the test of time.
